Among the opportunities offered by the Italian academic system, we highlight the online Bachelor’s degree program in “Italian Language, Literature, and Arts from an International Perspective” at the University for Foreigners of Siena (UNISTRASI). The degree program, active since the academic year 2021-22, aims to train promoters of the Italian language and culture abroad, providing training in the areas of Italian language teaching, literature, and historical-artistic studies, with a particular focus on the use of digital tools for the promotion of language, literature, and art.
What does it offer?
A solid education in Italian linguistic-teaching, philological, literary, and historical-artistic studies. It also allows acquiring skills in the use of digital tools for promoting the Italian language, literature, and arts in Italy and abroad.
Who is it for?
It is open to anyone who wishes to be involved, in various capacities, in the promotion and dissemination of the Italian language, culture, and arts in Italy and abroad, including through the use of digital technologies. It can be attended by students residing in any country worldwide.
How is it attended?
Access is online through the UNISTRASI e-learning platform. The Bachelor’s program is asynchronous to allow all enrolled students to participate actively. Exams can be taken remotely at one of the numerous locations affiliated with the University for Foreigners of Siena.
