The Embassy of Italy in Tanzania expresses deep sadness and sincere condolences for the recent passing of the President Emeritus of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano. His tireless dedication to our country and his extraordinary contribution to Italian politics will forever be engraved in history.
As a mark of respect and in honor of his memory, flags will be lowered to half-mast throughout the country. Additionally, we wish to inform you that a condolences book will be opened at the Embassy to allow those who wish to express their affection and appreciation for his extraordinary service to the nation.
