E4IMPACT PRESS CONFERENCE

Ambassador Marco Lombardi joined yesterday Vice chancellor, Professor Lughano Kusiluka and Principal Prosper Ngowi at the MZumbe University for the press conference on the project for the creation of a business incubator in cooperation with E4IMPACT Foundation and Cattolica University of Milan. E4IMPACT is an Italian Foundation that has among its members Italian companies like MAPEI, WeBuild, Intesa San Paolo Bank and it is chaired by President Letizia Moratti. During the event, the Embassy of Italy donated to MZumbe University copies of the book “Geronimo Stilton: A journey to discover Italy. A thousand wonders”. It was also announced that the Embassy of Italy, together with Società Dante Alighieri, will offer a number of courses of Italian language during the next edition the the “Week of Italian language in the world”. Professor Kusiluka stressed the growing importance of entrepreneurship in Tanzania and hoped that, thanks to Italian contribution, new and important business opportunities will be created between Italy and Tanzania.
