With a press release dated 4 January, the Tanzanian authorities restored the compulsory Covid 19 test for all travelers to and from Tanzania, whether they are Tanzanians, foreigners, residents, non-residents, tourists, etc.
The guidelines for carrying out the test for all those who have to leave Tanzania are contained in the attached document in English. For anything else not contained in the notice of January 4, 2021, please refer to Travel Advisory no. 4 issued by these Authorities on 20 July 2020.
