Thursday 18 November at 11.00 the launch event of the VI Edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is celebrated, dedicated to the theme “Tradition and perspectives of Italian cuisine: awareness and enhancement of food sustainability”.
The event will be opened by Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio with speeches by the Minister of Economic Development Giancarlo Giorgetti and the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies Stefano Patuanelli.
