The above mentioned instructions are available at the following web address: https:\/\/www.studiare-in-italia.it\/studentistranieri\/<\/p>\n<p>Following the main changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Given the current emergency regulations issued by the Italian and EU Governments regarding the prevention and control of COVID-19, the presence of international students in Italy may be, if necessary, substituted by distant learning activities in the beginning of the academic year.<\/li>\n<li>There is no more the strict deadline to make the University pre-enrolment, which may be carried out during the summer and the autumn, according to the deadlines established by each University and to be ended by the coming 30th November.<\/li>\n<li>The pre-enrolment procedure shall be submitted online directly by each student to the chosen University, without passing anymore through the diplomatic and consular offices in the Country. The electronic pre-enrolment shall be submitted through the new website UNIVERSITALY (www.universitaly.it) and it is compulsory to be enrolled in each course. However, for the 2020\/2021 academic year, this new enrolment procedure is not applicable to the following courses: High Education Institutes for Arts, Music and Dance (AFAMO), Advanced Schools for Linguistic Mediators (SSML), the Specialization Institutes in Psychotherapy and the Technical Specialization Courses Post-Diploma organized by the Advanced Technical Institutes (ITS).
