The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) together with ICE and Uni-Italia and supported by Unioncamere – Confindustria, have launched the “Invest Your talent in Italy” project.
The aim of this project is to provide to the Italian companies an operative tool to support internationalization by giving them the possibility to benefit from foreign talent coming from interesting markets which are trained in Italy and which already gained an expertise in the company’s operating sectors.
The project includes the first phase of training in the classroom at one of the participating universities which suddenly will be completed by a period of internship in a company. Scholarships will be provided by public and private partners as an incentive for the most deserving students. Furthermore, these students will be exempted from the scholarship fees.
Companies could participate in the project by welcoming a foreign student for a period of training or they can become project partners by funding one or more scholarships. Those scholarships will be matched with the courses that correspond to the company profile and according to the markets which best match the company’s internationalization strategy.
