The Italian Cuisine Week in Tanzania

The Italian Food Week in Tanzania 2018 sees the involvement of ENAIP-Social Enterprise, which provides two chefs for the elaboration of special menus in the Serena Hotel during the period from 19 to 24 November, with a cocktails (only by invitation) and a Concert with two Italian artists on Saturday 24th November; the chefs themselves carry out a training course for young students of the National College of Tourism. Also involved are the Italian restaurants of Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, which prepare special menus for the occasion, and importers of food products together with the ICE.
